Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains the current reservation-request process and the protections that apply before and after payment.

1. Unpaid reservation requests
You may withdraw an unpaid reservation request at any time by emailing ephesusphotoservice@gmail.com. Because no payment has been taken, no refund is due. Please include the reservation reference and the email address used for the request.
2. Confirmed or paid sessions
If payment is requested, the applicable cancellation, rescheduling, no-show and refund terms will be displayed or sent in writing before payment. Those specific terms, together with mandatory consumer law, will govern the confirmed session. We will not replace them after payment with less favourable terms without your agreement.
3. Weather, access and safety
If weather, an official site restriction, closure or a safety concern materially affects the planned session, we will contact you to discuss a reasonable reschedule, alternative location or other appropriate solution. The available remedy depends on the circumstances and any confirmed-session terms; it is not automatically treated as a customer cancellation.
4. Digital content and withdrawal rights
Where consumer law provides a withdrawal period, those statutory rights remain in place. If you ask for paid digital photographs to be supplied immediately during that period, we will request any express prior consent and acknowledgement required by law before delivery. Merely browsing a watermarked preview does not give up a statutory right.
5. Refund method and timing
When a refund is due, it will be issued after the entitlement is verified, normally through the original payment method where available. Any legally required deadline takes priority. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time after the refund is sent.
6. How to request help
Email ephesusphotoservice@gmail.com with your name, reservation or order reference, session date and requested outcome. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
